My Story- Oswell McGhee, Founder of JayB Solutions & Community Game Changers
After serving 13 years in federal prison, I returned to North Philadelphia with a mission: to rebuild my life and uplift my community. I founded JayB Solutions LLC in 2023, specializing in property services, electrical work, and real estate development. What started as a way to provide for my family has grown into a platform to teach others skilled trades and create job opportunities in underserved neighborhoods.
Alongside JayB Solutions, I lauched Community Game Changers, a grassroots initiative focused on youth mentorship, workforce training, and neighborhood revitialization. Together, these efforts represent my belief that people deserve second chances, and communities thrive when they are invested in from within.
My journey is not just about business- it's about trust, transformation, and building something greater than myself.
